How do I care for my Lenox fine bone china?
Most of our modern bone china is dishwasher safe. We recommend using a mild detergent and the air-dry cycle. For pieces with gold or platinum accents, avoid using citrus-based detergents to prevent tarnishing.
What is the Lenox Replacement Promise?
We offer a Breakage Replacement Program. If you break a piece of your Lenox brand dinnerware or giftware, we will provide a replacement at a fraction of the current suggested retail price, provided the pattern is still active.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, transit times vary from 3-7 business days depending on your location. Personalized or engraved items may require an additional 5-7 days for processing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are your products microwave safe?
Products marked as 'Microwave Safe' can be used accordingly. However, any dinnerware featuring precious metal accents like 24k gold or platinum should never be placed in a microwave.
